It is with sadness that the Winchester Bay Merchants announce that there will be no vendor fair and major festivities at Art By The Bay. becauses of illness and a lack of volunteer management, the Labor Day event will still be in the air but it will be much smaller than the previous years.

Those “plein air” artists are still invited to come down and show their wares and their methods. We invite any “artists” and “performance art” people to install or perform in the area. There may be a prize for the best of these “happenings” and we are trying to arrange some music to be held in the area. Watch for future releases.
